Q-Series Tent

Working with Element Tents and Structures has always been a seamless and comfortable interaction. Our needs were always taken care of, and assistance with technical aspects with regard to permits, drawings and changes each year were handled with ease. The rental structures didn’t disappoint and were well taken care of in the off-season when our rental was stored away. We have appreciated and valued the years we have gotten to work together and look forward to your future successes!

An event like the Anniversary Gala has so many moving pieces, and we could not have been successful without the dedicated professionalism of your staff. Your team helped us create a truly memorable experience.

The team at Element truly understand premium service and have provided it time and time again for us and our clients. Their products are very premium, and the project team is very helpful in helping us chose the products that will work best for our events. We feel confident when we have the Element team onsite at our events, as they are always willing to go the extra mile!

Tented events bring an entirely different set of responsibilities and details for us to handle for our clients, so your amazing customer service and reliability make our job so much easier. We also appreciate your flexibility and ingenuity. Because you manufacture and clean your own panels, we know we will always get something in excellent condition (remember, that’s why we came to you in 2003!). Also, when we give you a tricky footprint, we know you’ll work with us until a layout and load-in solution is found.

Hurricane Noel caused havoc with our construction and shipping schedule, but Element quickly made up time to have us back on schedule. The end result was a venue that surpassed everybody’s expectations. The accolades that we received from the local and international media, the players, Bermuda Government and the international federations are a credit to Element’s skill and experience in the special event industry.

On behalf of Polo for Heart in the City I would like to extend our sincerest thanks for supporting this event and contributing your time and efforts to making this a success. Your help along the way and specifically all your help to our last minute changes was exceptional. Your involvement with Polo for Heart in the City was greatly appreciated.

Element Tents was a huge part of The WorldSkills Calgary 2009 Competition’s success. The partnership we had was fantastic. Communication on an event this size is critical to the success of the event and you were wonderful to work with. I never had to chase you for information or details. What you promised you delivered. I have never worked with a large tent company before but I think most others would have a hard time keeping up with your level of service. I always felt like I was your priority.

Since becoming our exclusive tent supplier in 2011, the team at Element have been excellent. We have experienced outstanding customer service and a superb tent that meets our needs during our 6 month season. Element provides a high-level experience from beginning to end.

The team at Element are true event industry professionals. Their team of knowledgeable project managers and installers are a pleasure to have on site, and always go over and above to get the job done!

Element Event Solutions (formerly Chairman Mills and Advanced Tent) have been one of the critical suppliers I’ve worked with in the 8+ years I’ve been working for Tennis Canada. Our annual National Bank Open (formerly Rogers Cup) tournament hosts the world’s best tennis players from the ATP & WTA tours and to do this successfully, contractors such as CMMC and ATR are essential. Your team’s dedication to detail from conception to final build during some challenging conditions has enabled us to deliver an exceptional site to our customers, sponsors, and players. Your crews have been a pleasure to work with, and your site supervisors are always ready to assist with any site changes and ensure our build deadlines are met.
