Chris Van Beilen is the Vice President of Finance & IT, managing the company’s financial and information technology teams with strategic vision and expertise. Prior to joining Element Event Solutions, Chris held progressively senior roles in the contract manufacturing industry, where his contributions consistently fostered growth and enhanced profitability in dynamic business environments. His experience encompasses strategic financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, financial analysis, and risk management. Chris has a proven track record of optimizing financial performance, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring robust financial controls. 

Chris also leads the IT function in his dual role, leveraging technology to enhance financial operations and support business objectives. He integrates IT strategy with financial goals, improving data accuracy, cybersecurity, and system efficiency. Chris is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) with a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology.
