Kathleen is a tourism, hospitality, and events professional passionate about creating exceptional experiences and building lasting partnerships. Over her 25+ year career, she has held senior leadership roles at Rocky Mountaineer, Sea to Sky Gondola, Signature Vacations, and now Element Event Solutions, where she serves as Senior Director, Commercial for the Western division.

Kathleen oversees the sales, design, and project management teams in delivering large-scale events for clients including TED, Invictus, and major festivals, while driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. She is recognized for her expertise in relationship building, contract negotiation, capital project management, and developing innovative event solutions that bring visions to life.

What excites Kathleen most about the event industry is working alongside talented teams to create moments that inspire, connect, and leave a lasting impression. She holds executive leadership and marketing credentials from UBC’s Sauder School of Business and Queens University, strategic leadership training from INSEAD in France, and brings a meticulous, relationship-driven approach to everything she does.
