As Senior Director of Operations & Transformation, she works across Sales, Operations, Product, and Marketing to lead company-wide optimization initiatives, unify our brand, and build the infrastructure behind a truly national presence.

Kim began her career in theatre after graduating from The National Theatre School of Canada’s Technical Theatre and Management Program. From working on the trucks to managing multi-million-dollar budgets, she’s held nearly every role in the business—making her a strategic yet hands-on leader. Her calm, solutions-focused approach brings structure to complex programs, while her transformation work spans process design, systems implementation, and cultural alignment.

She’s been instrumental in delivering high-profile experiences for many major brands. Whether driving change behind the scenes or leading execution on the ground, Kim brings clarity, consistency, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
