As a Premier Partner of CSE Live 2026, Element was deeply involved in bringing the event experience to life. Through our partnership, we provided event solutions and services for key moments of the program, including the Opening Night Party and Gala, helping to shape the environments where the industry came together to connect and celebrate. This aligns perfectly with our vision of creating engaging spaces that spark meaningful connections!
Our presence extended beyond execution. As part of the partnership, Element was proud to showcase our brand and capabilities with a dramatic tented and draped booth on the tradeshow floor, allowing us to display our striking 2026 new product collections, and to engage meaningfully with peers, partners, and clients across the industry.

CSE Live is not only a showcase of events—it is a platform for ideas, innovation, and leadership. As part of our Premier Partner role, Element was honoured to contribute to the event’s educational programming through on-stage participation of two of our senior leaders:
- Kristen Renaud, Senior Commercial Director, Ontario Rentals, discussed “Design is Power: Stop decorating. Start designing”
- David Procopio, General Manager, Ontario Rentals, discussed “State of the Industry 2026 – The Future of Live Experiences.”

While we never set out to do the work for recognition, it is always incredibly meaningful to be acknowledged by our peers. We are honoured to share that Element Event Solutions was recognized with two Canadian Event Awards at this year’s celebration:
- Best Corporate Event Under $250,000
- Best Event Design/Decor: Transformational Event
Both awards were to recognize the impact of the Self-Made Breakfast Tour Toronto, delivered in partnership with Sinclair Creative Agency.
These awards hold particular significance because they are judged by leaders within our industry—recognizing not only execution, but creativity, innovation, and impact.
