Allison is a seasoned professional passionate about building Canadian brands that positively impact people’s lives. After starting her career in Management Consulting, Allison has held successive leadership roles at Holt Renfrew, Mama Earth Organics and Sleep Country Canada. Today, Allison proudly serves as Chief Executive Officer of Element Event Solutions, Canada’s premier national event and tent services provider. Allison is a customer-focused leader with a track record of creating and executing omnichannel strategies that deliver value for customers, employees and shareholders. What excites Allison most about the event industry is her and her team’s role in building human connections, supporting communities, and creating lifelong memories for the client. Allison holds an MBA (Honours) from Columbia Business School, a B’Comm (Honours) from Queen’s University and is a mum to three young kids.
