With a background in sales and project management from Velsoft Training Materials, Blue Ocean Contact Centers and Xerox Canada Ltd., he is adept at leading top-performing teams and driving organizational change, all of which have been instrumental in achieving revenue growth and operational improvements. 

Ryan holds an Advanced Diploma in Computer Programming for Business from the Nova Scotia Institute of Technology, a Public Relations Diploma from Nova Scotia Community College, and an Advanced 3-year Diploma in Marketing/Business Technology from Cape Breton University. His ongoing professional development includes certifications in Lean Six Sigma, effective communication, sales theory, crucial conversations, and leadership training. Ryan has received multiple accolades, including President’s Club awards at Xerox Canada Ltd, and is recognized for his contributions to project management and business optimization.
