Samsung Olympic Rendezvous

A pavilion in the heart of Vancouver for the 2010 Olympics. An expected 8,000 visitors every single day. A home for spectators and athletes to interact with the Olympic Games and with each other. A venue worthy of the Samsung name. Welcome to the Olympic Rendezvous @ Samsung – an impressive pavilion nestled in David Lam Park. Imagine, a double-decker structure fitted with crystalline glass walls, insulated hardwalls and topped with a flat top facade. All to give the pavilion the look of a high-quality permanent structure…and anything but a tent. Every detail mattered, right down to the double-sided roof fabric that was white on the exterior and a black on the opposite side, to match the sleek interiors. The end result was a breathtaking pavilion worthy of WOW.
